How to export all your event data

The short version

Overture doesn't have a one-click Export all my data button today. What we do have is a set of focused export paths that, together, cover every piece of data you care about:

Run-of-show PDFs — per session or all sessions, with optional venue sheets, follow-ups, and stage notes.
Venue packet — a printable venue summary with address, parking, key staff, and an optional photo grid.
Billing history — invoices and receipts through your Stripe Customer Portal.
Full-account bulk export — request through support, see below.

Why no one-click export

We'd rather ship a thoughtful, multi-format export (JSON + CSV + PDFs) than a quick "download everything as JSON" button that no one can actually use. We're building toward that. In the meantime, support can pull a complete export for you within one business day.

Self-serve options today

Run-of-show PDFs

The most-asked-for export. From any session tab, click the printer icon in the toolbar to open the PDF dialog. You can choose:

This session only, or all sessions in one combined PDF.
Whether to include stage notes, follow-ups, and venue info.
(v.88+) Whether to include a dedicated landscape venue sheet with photos — only in the All Sessions PDF.

Billing history

Open How to download an invoice for the path to your Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe gives you a downloadable list of every invoice and receipt with one click.

Full bulk export — ask support

For a complete dump of your account data (every event, every session, every row, every follow-up, members, venues), email [email protected] from the org Owner address. Include:

The org name (e.g. "Solari Entertainment").
Whether you want JSON, CSV, or both.
Whether you want PDFs of all events included (this can be large).
Whether you want venue photos included.

Same-business-day turnaround in most cases. The export is delivered as a single ZIP through a time-limited link.

Closing your account?

If you're exporting because you plan to close your account, run the export before you cancel. Cancellation puts you into a read-only state during the grace period and then deletes data permanently — see What happens to your data after deletion.
