Overture doesn't have a one-click Export all my data button today. What we do have is a set of focused export paths that, together, cover every piece of data you care about:

Why no one-click export

We'd rather ship a thoughtful, multi-format export (JSON + CSV + PDFs) than a quick "download everything as JSON" button that no one can actually use. We're building toward that. In the meantime, support can pull a complete export for you within one business day.

Self-serve options today

Run-of-show PDFs

The most-asked-for export. From any session tab, click the printer icon in the toolbar to open the PDF dialog. You can choose:

Billing history

Open How to download an invoice for the path to your Stripe Customer Portal. Stripe gives you a downloadable list of every invoice and receipt with one click.

Full bulk export — ask support

For a complete dump of your account data (every event, every session, every row, every follow-up, members, venues), email [email protected] from the org Owner address. Include:

Same-business-day turnaround in most cases. The export is delivered as a single ZIP through a time-limited link.

Closing your account?

If you're exporting because you plan to close your account, run the export before you cancel. Cancellation puts you into a read-only state during the grace period and then deletes data permanently — see What happens to your data after deletion.
