Yearly plans.
No per-seat math.
Pick the plan that matches how many shows you produce each year. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial with the full quota unlocked.
Three plans, billed yearly
Basic — $399 / year
1 event included. For one-off productions or a single annual conference. Everything in Overture, just sized for a single show.
Pro — $1,299 / year
5 events included. For working producers who run multiple shows a year. Most producers pick this one.
Enterprise — $3,999 / year
50 events included. For agencies and broadcasters managing a full slate of conferences, summits, and roadshows.
Every plan includes tabbed sessions, drag-and-drop rows, printable crew sheets, role-based views, the live show clock, follow-up flags, multi-stage support, and version history. No feature is locked behind a higher tier.
How the 7-day free trial works
Start on any plan and you get 7 days with the full quota of that plan unlocked. Build a real show, run a real session, print real crew sheets. A card is required at signup, but you aren't charged until day 8. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after the trial ends?
On day 8 your card is charged for the plan you chose at signup. Your events, sessions, and crew sheets stay exactly as you left them — no data is reset when the trial converts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the price is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so your remaining paid event quota isn't lost.
Do unused events roll over?
No. Events count permanently when you create them and the quota resets with each yearly renewal. That keeps pricing simple and the math predictable. If you regularly burn through your plan, the next tier up is almost always cheaper than overage.
What counts as an "event"?
One event is one production — a conference, a summit, a roadshow stop, a broadcast. An event can have unlimited sessions, stages, days, crew members, and run-of-show rows. The cap is on shows, not on detail.
Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
Yes. Apply a promo code at checkout. We work with industry associations, schools, and nonprofits — reach out if you think you qualify.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing — contact support to set it up.
