Why doesn't my session show a VIDEO WALL column?
The VIDEO WALL column is hidden when the event's Video wall switch is turned off. Flip it back on in the event settings and the column reappears in every session and printed sheet.
What you're seeing
Your session grid shows columns for STAGE LEADER, WHAT, and MAIN SCREENS, but the VIDEO WALL column is gone. Printed run-of-show sheets are also missing the column.
Why it's happening
Each event has a Video wall switch. When it's off, Overture hides the VIDEO WALL column from every session in that event and from every printed sheet. The data isn't deleted — the column is just hidden.
This is intentional. Many corporate events don't have a video wall, and the extra empty column made printed sheets harder to read. Turning the switch off cleans up the layout.
Turn it back on
- Open the event from the Dashboard.
- Click the event name (or the Edit button) to open the Edit event dialog.
- Scroll to the Video wall switch and flip it on.
- Click Save changes.
The column reappears immediately in every session. Any content you had in the column before is still there — it just wasn't visible while the switch was off.
If you really don't have a video wall
Leave the switch off. The column stays hidden, your printed sheets are cleaner, and the data for that column will be empty if you ever turn it back on for a future event.
