View completion history for an event
The Completion History panel lists every follow-up you've marked complete on this event, newest first. Open it from the History button on the Open follow-ups tile.
What it is
Completion history is a side panel on the event dashboard that lists every follow-up you've marked complete on this event, newest first. It's the receipt of the work that got done — useful for post-mortems, weekly client recaps, and proving "yes, we shipped that."
Follow-ups only — not rows
Completion history tracks follow-ups (the to-do items attached to rows). Marking a row complete during a show does not add a history entry, because that's a real-time status, not a task that someone owned and finished. Row completion is shown live in Showtime and on the row itself.
How to open it
- Open the event whose history you want to see.
- Find the Open follow-ups KPI tile near the top of the event dashboard (amber flag icon).
- On that tile, click the small History button (clock icon). If any follow-ups have already been completed, a green count badge appears next to the History label.
- The Completion History panel slides in from the right. It's a read-only list — you can't undo a completion from here. Close it with the X or by clicking anywhere outside.
What each entry shows
- Session tab — which session the follow-up lived on (e.g. "Day 1", "Welcome Night").
- Assignee — the @name the follow-up was assigned to, if any.
- Completed at — the timestamp, formatted like "Jun 11, 2026, 3:42 PM".
- The note — what the follow-up said, struck through to signal "done."
- The row description — in italics, the run-of-show row this follow-up was attached to (e.g. "on: 9:00 — Doors open").
Empty state
If no follow-ups have been completed yet, the panel reads: "No follow-ups have been marked complete yet. Click the checkbox on any follow-up pill to start." Start checking off the easy ones — the panel fills up as you go.
Where to find the same info elsewhere
- My Follow-ups page — lists every open follow-up across every event you can see. See My Follow-ups.
- The follow-up pill on the row — hover an individual follow-up pill in the run-of-show grid to see its completion timestamp.
- Printed packets — the PDF includes a follow-ups section per session, but not the completion log.
