How to add a follow-up to a row

Hover the row, click the flag icon, fill in the note, set a priority, optionally assign an owner. It rolls up everywhere — session, dashboard, global page.

Follow-ups are to-do tasks attached to a specific row. Use them for things you need to remember to do about a row — confirm a video file, double-check a name spelling, send a thank-you, prep a backup. Every follow-up has a note, a priority, and an optional assignee, and they roll up into the global Follow-Ups page so nothing falls through the cracks.

To add a follow-up

  1. Open the event, click the session tab, and find the row you want to attach a follow-up to.
  2. Hover the row. A small flag icon appears in the leftmost column (or stays solid amber if the row already has open follow-ups).
  3. Click the flag. A popover opens showing any existing follow-ups on this row plus a form to add a new one.
  4. Type the follow-up text in the "Follow-up note…" field.
  5. Pick a priority. Overture supports priority levels with their own color coding so the most important items stand out in the row.
  6. Optionally type a name in "Assign to (optional)". Like Stage Leader, this field autocompletes from everyone you've assigned anywhere else in the event.
  7. Click Add follow-up. It appears as a colored pill under the row text and gets counted in the amber flag pill in the session toolbar.

Hide Tasks toggle

If the flag column and follow-up pills are getting in the way during a live show, click the Hide Tasks button in the session toolbar. The flag column disappears and the row table gets quieter. Click again to bring them back. The choice is remembered per-browser, so it persists across reloads.
