How to change your organization logo

Your organization logo is the default brand mark Overture uses anywhere an event hasn't set one of its own. It sits in the dashboard header your whole team sees every day, and it backstops every event PDF and Showtime view that ships without a per-event logo. One click on the Organization tab swaps it everywhere.

Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the top-right of the app. The gear is Owner-only — if you don't see it, you're signed in as Producer, Crew, or Viewer, and your Owner needs to make this change (or promote you).

Click the existing logo

On the Organization tab, scroll to Organization logo and click the current logo. That's the whole interaction — the box is one big button. Prefer drag-and-drop? Drag a file from your desktop straight onto the box; same result.

Accepted formats:

Your logo, not the client's

The organization logo is your brand — the production company, agency, or department running shows in Overture. Use the per-event logo for the client's mark on a specific show. See change an event logo for that flow.

Save changes

Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. The new logo immediately replaces the old one in the dashboard header, on PDFs for any event without a logo of its own, and on every page where Overture shows your org. No page refresh, no cache to bust.

Removing a logo

To clear the organization logo entirely, click the small × in the corner of the preview, then save. Your org will appear without a brand mark — events that have their own per-event logo continue using those.

Who can change the organization logo

Only the Owner of an organization (or a platform admin) can change the org logo. Producers can change event logos, but the org-level default lives under organization Settings and is locked down to Owners. See Producer vs Crew vs Viewer for the full breakdown.
