How to recover a lost password
Reset your Overture password in about a minute via the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page. Reset emails arrive from [email protected] and the link is valid for 30 minutes.
Forgot your password? Reset it yourself in about a minute — no support ticket needed. Here's the exact flow.
Steps

Go to the login page
Open app.overture.show in your browser. If you're already on a different Overture page, click Sign in in the top-right or navigate to the login URL directly.

Click "Forgot password?"
Below the password field, you'll see a Forgot password? link. Click it.

Enter your email
Type the email address on your Overture account and submit. Within a minute you'll receive a password-reset email from

Open the email and click the reset link
The email contains a one-time reset link that's valid for 30 minutes. Click it — it opens a page in your browser where you can set a new password.

Set your new password
Choose a strong new password (at least 12 characters, with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols). Confirm it, then submit. You'll be signed in automatically and dropped on your dashboard.
Reset links expire
The reset link is valid for 30 minutes after we send it. If you don't get to it in time, just go back to the login page and click Forgot password? again — we'll send a fresh one. Each new reset link invalidates any previous one.
The email isn't arriving
Almost always one of these:

Check spam / junk
Password reset emails sometimes get caught by aggressive spam filters. Mark the message as "not spam" so future Overture emails reach your inbox.

Make sure you used the right address
Reset only works for an address that's actually on file. If you're not sure which address you signed up with, try your most common work email first, then any personal address. We don't send "no such account" emails (to protect privacy), so a missing email could just mean the address isn't on the account.

Wait a couple of minutes and try again
If your company's mail server has a queue delay, the email may take up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes with nothing in inbox or spam, send a fresh reset and ask your IT team to allowlist
@overture.showif needed. -

Still stuck? [email protected]. Mention the email address you're trying to use and we'll either find your account or tell you which address is actually registered.
Locked out completely?
If you've lost access to the email account itself (not just the password to Overture), email [email protected] from any email you can prove you control and explain the situation. We'll verify your identity through your account owner or billing records and reset the email on your account so password recovery can work again.
