How to reorder rows in a session

Drag any row up or down to reorder it. Times cascade automatically from the session start, so the whole schedule re-numbers when you drop.

Rows in a session are reordered by dragging. There's no up-arrow or down-arrow button — you grab the row and move it to where it should go. Times re-cascade instantly as the row lands in its new position, so the entire schedule below re-numbers itself the moment you drop.

Grab a row by its drag handle and drop it where it belongs — every time on the schedule below re-cascades the moment you release.

To reorder a row

  1. Open the event and click the session tab whose rows you want to reorder.
  2. Click and hold anywhere on the row — the drag handle is the leftmost column with the dotted-grip cursor, but the whole row is draggable. Drag it up or down.
  3. As you drag, the row underneath shifts to show where the dragged row will land. Release the mouse to drop.

The dragged row appears in its new slot. Every row's Time On, Duration, and Time Off recalculate immediately because rows cascade in sequence from the session start time.

What about DOORS OPEN and ROS HUDDLE?

The two special rows — DOORS OPEN (gold) and ROS HUDDLE (blue) — can be moved like any other row. If you want pre-show prep rows above DOORS OPEN, drag DOORS OPEN down below them. The audience-facing duration pill in the toolbar always measures from DOORS OPEN to the last row, so where you place DOORS OPEN defines when the audience window starts.

Save state

The "All saved" pill in the top bar briefly flips to "Saving…" as the new order syncs to the server. Other members watching the same session (you'll see their colored dots in the top bar) see the row jump to its new position within a second or two.

Permission required

Reordering requires the Reorder rows permission. View-only members can see the rows but not drag them.
