Launch-prep polish: Enterprise SSO article, refreshed Help Center, and a Product Updates feed

A small but visible set of changes as we ride into launch week. Corporate buyers asked one specific question and now have a clear answer; the header is cleaner; and this page — the one you're reading — is where every future shipment shows up first.

What's new

Enterprise Single Sign-On article

Enterprise IT teams routinely ask one question during procurement: "Do you support SSO?" The honest answer is yes — Overture supports SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect against any modern identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Ping, Duo). We just hadn't written it down.

The new Single Sign-On (SSO) for Enterprise organizations article explains exactly what SSO does for your team, which identity providers we support, and the eight pieces of information your IT contact needs to send when requesting setup. From your first email to your team signing in through SSO is typically 5 to 10 business days.

SSO is part of the Enterprise tier. If you're on Basic or Pro and need it, the same email kicks off the upgrade conversation.

Single Help button in the header

The header used to show both a plain Help link and a bordered Support button. Most visitors couldn't tell the difference, and the two destinations overlap heavily. We consolidated them into one bordered Help button. The Help Center now does what both used to do: searchable articles plus a clear contact-support path at the bottom of the index.

"Can't find your answer?" callout on the Help Center

We added a section to the bottom of the Help Center that points you straight at [email protected] when an article doesn't cover your question. Real humans read every message and reply within one business day.

This Product Updates feed

You're reading the first entry. From here on, every meaningful change — new features, fixed bugs, improved workflows — gets a dated entry in the Product Updates feed. Bookmark it or check it before opening a support ticket; if something changed that affects you, this is where it'll be documented first.

New Enterprise tier on the pricing page

The pricing page now shows four plans: Basic, Pro, Agency, and a new Enterprise tier. Enterprise is contact-to-quote and adds Single Sign-On, white-label branding, custom event quotas, invoiced billing, and a dedicated support contact. The $3,999 "Enterprise" tier was renamed to Agency to make the naming honest — that tier has always been about volume for production agencies and broadcasters, not enterprise IT requirements.

Desktop typography cleanup

We swept every marketing and help page on desktop and applied modern text-balancing rules so headlines and paragraphs no longer leave a single word stranded on the last line. The result is subtle but it makes every page feel more professional. If you spot anything that still looks awkward, tell us.
