Which Overture plan is right for me
Overture has three plans — Basic ($399), Pro ($1,299), and Enterprise ($3,999) — all billed annually. The right one is whichever lets you create the number of events you actually produce in a year, plus a little headroom. Here's the call.
The three plans at a glance
| Plan | Annual price | Events / year | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $399 | 1 event | One-off productions, single annual conference |
| Pro | $1,299 | 5 events | Working producers running a handful of shows |
| Enterprise | $3,999 | 50 events | Agencies and broadcasters with a deep calendar |
What's the same across every plan
Every plan includes the full Run of Show Manager, unlimited team members per event, PDF exports, email-driven invites, Showtime call-the-show view, and every feature you see on the marketing site. The differences are only in how many events you can create and the level of support you get.
- Run of Show editor — every column, drag-to-reorder, follow-ups.
- Team management — Producers, Crew, Viewers, unlimited members per event.
- Printed packets — every plan exports full PDFs.
- Email-driven invites — gmail/outlook/yahoo/icloud/proton all work.
- Showtime view — the call-the-show view that turns the run of show into a live cue sheet on event day.
What's different
Three things scale across plans:
- Event quota — 1, 5, or 50 created events per year. Once you hit the cap, new event creation prompts an upgrade.
- Templates across events (Pro+) — re-use a saved run-of-show structure when you spin up the next event in the same series.
- Support level — Basic gets standard email support, Pro adds priority email, Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding plus phone and Slack channels.
How to think about "events"
An "event" in Overture means one show — a single conference, all-hands, kickoff, or tour stop. A three-day annual conference is one event, not three. A weekly internal stand-up is one event you re-use, not 52. Most producers underestimate their event count when they first sign up — count the distinct shows you produced last year and add 25% headroom.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-year?
Upgrade any time — you'll be prompted automatically when you try to create one event past your quota. The upgrade is prorated for the remainder of your subscription year, so you're not paying for the higher tier from day one.
What if I shrink instead?
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. Email [email protected] at any point in the year and we'll switch you to the smaller plan starting on your anniversary. Your existing events stay accessible regardless — the event cap only affects creating new ones, not viewing or editing the ones you already have.
Need something custom?
If 50 events isn't enough, you need SSO, custom contracts, or you're a broadcaster with unique billing terms, email [email protected] and we'll spec out a bespoke arrangement. We move fast on these.
